Immerse yourself in Pranzo della Domenica, a traditional multi-course Italian feast that takes place on Sunday (we're feasting on Saturday), where everyone whiles away the afternoon into dinner. In this hands-on immersive experience, you'll work hand-crafted filled pasta, braise rich meats, spin homemade gelato, work your knife skills, practice making a reduction, create a vibrant layer cake and practice your food styling. You'll pause mid-day to relax and enjoy your custom- crafted antipasto platter, fresh- baked focaccia, and salad before returning to the kitchen to finish completing the meal. Molto bene! Note: This is a day-long immersion class; bring your curiosity, appetite and Italian roots!
Menu: Antipasto Tray (mortadella, olives, Parmesan, burrata, pickles, grapes) and Focaccia: Tricolore Salad; Spinach Cappelletti en Brodo; Braised Short Ribs with Creamy Polenta; Three-Layer Italian Flag Cake and Gelato.
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQ for more info.
