Thanksgiving Headquarters:
Classes, Cookware & Tested Recipes
Since 1973, St. Paul and Minneapolis home cooks have
trusted us to help them make Thanksgiving happen.
Take a class, get the right tools or follow our step-by-step guide.
Planning is key: In my book, Thanksgiving is all about coming together and sharing;
your guests want to participate, so make it easy... this way,
the adventurous cooks have something to do, and the
ones who are just too busy this year can sign up to bring a beverage!
– Chef Lorelei
Thanksgiving Cooking Classes
We’ve been teaching home cooks since 1972. Every year, we offer Thanksgiving-focused classes,
teaching everything from first-time turkey roasting to mashed potato making and luscious desserts.

I'm a big believer in a "spatchcock" turkey (removing its backbone).
It makes things much more manageable on Thanksgiving day.
Takes up less oven space, cooks evenly, remains very juicy and takes way less time to roast.

Everything you need to host
Each product has been tested by our chefs and curated by our team members.
Make sure that you are searing and caramelizing your vegetables and proteins enough.
I see a lot of people stopping far too early. Then deglaze with wine, alcohol, or additional stock while scraping up any of the brown bits on the bottom of the pan.
You want all of those extra flavors to be a part of the final dish.
