Cooks of Crocus Hill is built around the philosophy that everyone in the organization shares in the experience of growing a company. We wouldn’t be as successful as we are today if we didn’t allow our employees to have a voice in what we do. That’s why we foster an environment where everyone is encouraged to speak their minds and get involved.

We’re a small organization, much like a tight-knit family, but we’re also evolving. Occasionally, we look to add new members to our team, whether it’s class assistants for the cooking schools, sales associates for our retail locations, or a new member to our administration. Marketing Manager

Summary: 

Oversee all promotion and digital marketing efforts to drive growth, sales + brand awareness. Have big fun and be a part of a collaborative team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years marketing leadership experience
  • Strong analytical, strategic and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build/lead collaborative teams and partnerships
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, agility and resourcefulness
  • Strong understanding of marketing trends, strategies and technologies to support
  • Proficient in: Google Office Suite and project management tool
  • High energy, positive team player (shrinking violets need not apply)

Major Responsibilities:

  • 40% Digital marketing: management/strategy
  • 25% Web/E-commerce
  • 20% Analytics
  • 15% Leadership and coaching/administrative

Warehouse Lead - Full time

Summary: 

Assist the Warehouse Team in moving inventory.

Requirements:

  • Ability to move large and heavy boxes, equipment
  • Team player
  • Able to work scheduled part time shifts 
  • Able to work independently
  • Not afraid to jump in and lend a hand
  • Pleasant and personable

Major Responsibilities:

  • 85% General Warehouse assistance (ticketing, organizing, packing and unpacking shipments)

  • 15% Cleaning and Maintenance

Retail Store Manager

Summary: 

Our retail stores and cooking schools are filled with tools, gadgets and advice that help our customers experience and live the same philosophy in their own homes. We are looking for a dynamic person to join our retail team and lead!

Summary:

This position is a full time salaried role and works a non-traditional work week. The work week is determined by what is scheduled in the school.

Bellecour Bakery at Cooks Co-Location Manager

Summary:
