Join guest chef Clayton Allen from Soter Vineyards to explore Pacific Northwest seafood and wine pairings. Discover how Soter's world-class, sustainably crafted wines complement local flavors while you learn professional techniques along the way through searing and roasting to bring out full flavors in this exclusive culinary experience.
 
Menu: Seared Tuna with Marinated Olives, Roasted Red Peppers and Bitter Greens; Seafood Chowder with Cornbread Croutons; Swiss Chard Baba Ghanoush and Sesame Crackers; Flight of Soter Wine.
 
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
