Get ready to lean into Pacific Northwest seafood cooking in this delicious class. Along with Chef Clayton, you'll explore pasta-making techniques and knife skills all while making a meal of regional favorites from seafood to Pac NW wine flight. A coastal feast!
 

Menu: Oysters, Verjus Mignonette; Slow-Roasted Salmon over an Arugula Salad; Orecchiette Pasta with Sausage, Fennel and Pecorino; Flight of Soter Wine.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
