Join us along with cookbook author/restaurateur Nichole Accettola as she cooks from and talks of her new cookbook Scandinavian Everyday where Nichole shares glimpses of Scandinavian life and food culture, along with chapters full of clean, satisfying recipes to cook from morning to evening. Nichole is a CIA-trained chef, author of the IACP awarded book Scandinavian from Scratch and the owner of Kantine, a Scandinavian-inspired restaurant located in San Francisco and her food is always fabulous! Each registration includes a copy of the book (retail value $30).
Menu: Seedy Crispbread and Carrot Hummus; Red Cabbage-Endive Salad with Autumn Fruits and Pumpkin Seeds; Chard and Farmers Cheese Tart with Dark Rye Crust; Swedish Yellow Pea Soup.
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
