Gianfranco Becchina Olio Verde EVOO




Distinguished by its freshness, inimitable bouquet, bright green hue and near lack of acidity, Olio Verde is a rare product altogether. Gianfranco Becchina cultivates the prized Nocellara olives on his estate in Castelvetrano, Siciliy, applying ecological methods. At the beginning of October the olives are hand-harvested at their peak, still green, which assures the quality of the oil while limiting it's yield. The olives are pressed at the frantoio on his estate. Unfiltered and naturally decanted; fine sediments may appear at the bottom of the bottle.
