Crop Shares

Is a Crop Share the same as a CSA?

Our Crop Share program is based on single-share purchases aligned with the seasons. Delivered for freshness and sourced from the best growers and producers we can find.

When and how are you notified when Crop Shares are available for pick up?

An email will be sent from our Customer Service team member notifying you of the day your Share will be available for pick up. You then receive a phone call with notification of the time your share will be ready to pick up. Crop Shares are delivered fresh from the grower, therefore need to pick up within 24hrs of this call to avoid spoilage. If you are unable to pick up, please make other arrangements. 

What is the return policy for Crop Shares?

Crop Shares are not returnable or refundable. 

Can Crop Shares be shipped?

At this time, Crop Shares cannot be shipped.

Do Crop Shares make good a gift?

There are many Crop Shares to choose from and the pick-up dates and times vary. We recommend gifting a Cooks Gift Card and let your recipient do the choosing based on their availability to pick up, location and timing. Each Share is delivered fresh and they know their schedule best.
