We've been on a quest to find authentic experiences around Italian culture, cuisine and the traditional preparations of generational classic dishes, recipes and ingredients. All of our searching has led us to a wellspring of authenticity and the source of Italian cultural learning — Casa Artusi in Forlimpopoli Italy.

Cooking with Casa Artusi Classes
Our team has trained with the chefs at Casa Artusi, the first center of gastronomic culture devoted entirely to everyday Italian cooking and is a key partner in the 2025 UNESCO Recognition for Italy. We are also offering classes with Casa Artusi chefs (from Fromimpopli!) in our Artusi Residency classes. Our special cooking classes offer a rich Italian cooking experience in Minnesota so you can bring a bit of Italy to your table.
