- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- pinch salt
- 1/4 cup instant espresso granules
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Bring the milk, sugar, brown sugar and ground cardamom to a simmer, cook until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour into a container and add the remaining ingredients. Cover and place in the fridge until cold.
