White Acorn Squash (Mashed Potato Squash) - October

Hummingbird Farms has been growing fresh produce for decades and selling in their farm store and CSA offerings. Mashed Potato Squash is grown with care at the small farm. It is a unique white acorn squash variety with cream-colored flesh that fluffs up into a texture and mild, sweet flavor resembling mashed potatoes. Does not have the strong or heavy "squash" taste of other winter varieties. Delicious, unique and nutritious.
