Celebrate St. Lucia’s Day with a traditional Scandinavian fika. We'll brighten December’s dark days as we create traditional treats and modern twists. You'll work hands-on with yeast dough, learn laminated scone folding, and try your hand at cookie making techniques to create crisp pepparkakor, jammy thumbprints, saffron Lucia buns and cardamom scones. Ja!

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQ for more info.
