Beveled edge slides under dough easily; dust surface with cornmeal so dough won't stick, then transport and slide formed pizza onto oven or grill rack. Long handle stays cool to the touch and keeps hands and arms safely away from heat; handle detaches for easy cleaning and compact storage.
