The OXO Instant Read Thermometer provides quick, accurate measurements (in °F and °C) for cooked meat by simply inserting the probe until the shaded area is covered. The rapid-responding, bi-metallic coil provides a quick temperature readout on the easy-to-read Thermometer face. The probe cover has chef- and USDA-recommended temperatures for convenience.
