In this tasty hands-on class, you'll upgrade your pasta game while hand-crafting three different pasta shapes. You'll explore the differences between fresh, artisanal dried and everyday grocery store fettuccines. Interesting fact, different pastas attract different sauces, which you will construct and taste the difference.
Menu: Fettuccine; Ricotta-Herb filled Agnolotti; Orecchiette; Marinara Sauce.
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
