About a year ago, Marie and I met Micheál and Owen Súilleabháin. Irish lads with a wonderful embrace. After our third time together, the die was cast. We knew we wanted to bring them to Cooks. We aren't sure if it is that we want to introduce them to you, or you to them?! No doubt, both! After a bit of schedule wrangling, we've settled on a date. It's invitation only and it'll be a crash course in food, wine/beer, lively conversation, music and community. All the things we love, squished into one fantastic experience!
