Join the former chef of PinKU for an intimate, demo-style dinner celebrating the artistry of authentic Japanese cuisine. Escape your daily routine and savor multigenerational recipes from Kumamoto and Kyoto, reimagined for today's palate. This isn't just a meal its also soulful story of Japanese urbanity and nostalgia. Come experience the flavors that contributed to the culinary fabric of Minneapolis since 2011.

Menu: Somen Noodles with Sesame Dressing. Served with Pretty Pink Elixir; Gyoza Pork Dumplings with Garlic Ginger Soy Sauce. Served with Beer Bump; Katsuya Signature Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice served with Cantaloupe-Infused Sake; Crispy Rock Shrimp with Punchy Spicy Mayo Sauce. Served with Blistered Shishito Pepper; Nigiri Cured and Seared Salmon with Vegan Black Caviar. Served with Pinot Noir; Temaki Yellowtail Tuna with Citrus Soy and Crispy Onions on Rice and Nori. Served with Chenin Blanc; Prosecco for Dessert. 

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
