Caseificio Cavola SCA was founded in 1929, in a small village in the mountains of Reggio Emilia, surrounded by a pristine paradise of pastureland, at an altitude of 900 meters. They produce exclusively Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese certified as a Mountain Product. Their facilities are BRC (Brand Recognition Compliance) and IFS (International Featured Standards) certified. All of their member cattle farms are certified for Animal Welfare. This is the real deal, people!
