Roll up your sleeves and celebrate the 206th birthday of the father of Italian cuisine — Pellegrino Artusi. In this lively hands-on class, we'll craft authentic regional pasta and explore the wines of his hometown, Forlimpopoli, in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. Too many candles, so we've settled for oodles of noodles in his honor. Join us!
Menu: Baccalà Montebianco n°118 (Mont Blanc salted cod served with crostini and fish roe); Tagliatelle all'Uso di Romagna n°71 (classic pasta dish); Tortino di Petonciani n°403 (eggplant Parmigiano); Latteruolo n°694 (delicate milk pudding tart).
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
