Create a bold summer meal with the bounty of summer's harvest in this hands-on class. You'll learn to grill and char to achieve the high flavor you're looking for from summer ingredients. We'll toss in a few knife skills to keep you moving quickly in the kitchen as well as balancing flavors and the magic of good kitchen vibes. So fun!
Menu: Grilled Flank Steak with Creamy Chimichurri; Charred Corn Salad; Crisp Smashed Potatoes; Agua Fresca.
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
