It's a knife-slinging fiesta in this Mexican-forward knife skills class celebrating Dad. Together you'll slice, dice and chop everything from cabbage to grilled meat while creating authentic flavors and learning proper techniques and knife care along the way. The big reward will be a delicious Mexican meal at the end. Each registered guest will receive a Wüsthof Super Slicer (a $170 value). Dad will love it!

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
