This fresh sheep cheese is bright and lemony, with a clean milky note on the finish. Similar to fresh chèvre, but without the gaminess sometimes associated with goat cheese. These cheeses are very versatile and can be used for a variety of dishes or simply served on a cheese plate or charcuterie board. Fresh Garlic Herb sheep milk cheese is patterned after brebis, a traditional French sheep milk cheese, and is similar to ricotta. The Garlic Herb cheese is mixed with fresh herbs and dried sweet garlic to give it a mild, delightful herbaceous kick.
