Regal de Bourgogne is a delicious triple-cream cheese from Burgundy. The small round disc is coated on the outside with spicy cracked mustard seeds, and the inside is fresh and creamy, almost cheesecake-like in texture and taste. This rich and creamy paste blends wonderfully with the mustard seeds, however, you can alternate between having it with the seeds or scooping the plain center. Either way it's lovely! Serve on a cheeseboard with grapes, apples and fresh bread. Pair with a nice Burgundy or a dry sparkling Prosecco. Room temp us best for full flavor when serving.
