Find out how just a few simple ingredients come together to create a new world of flavors, textures and experiences. You'll spend an enjoyable evening making strozzapreti, a beautifully different pasta, unique to the Romagna region. And can we talk about piadina? Every pizza in the world secretly wishes it were a piadina! It's all from scratch. You'll embrace the spirit of Marietta Sabatini — an integral part of Pellegrino Artusiâs Casa Artusi in Forlimpopoli, Italy. And you'll sample the amazing results. Welcome to the Nonna Zone.

Menu: Piadina filled with Prosciutto and Arugula; Strozzapreti with Sauce Rustica; Salami de Chocolate. 

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
