Caseificio Cavola sca was founded in 1929, in a small village in the mountains of Reggio Emilia, surrounded by a pristine paradise of pastureland, at an altitude of 900 meters. They produce exclusively Parmigiano Reggiano cheese certified as a Mountain Product. Their facilities are BRC and IFS certified. All our member cattle farms are certified for Animal Welfare.
