Join us to celebrate Oktoberfest with hearty, authentic German flavors! In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn the traditional technique of pounding meat perfectly flat to create a delicious, crispy, pan-fried pork schnitzel as well as the creation of other traditional flavors of Deutschland.
Menu: Spaetzle; Schnitzel with Braised Red Cabbage; Arugula and Pear Salad with Honey-Dijon Dressing.
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
