Transport your kitchen to Morocco! In this lively hands-on class, we'll focus on seasoning, spices and expert knife work. Join us to try your hand at searing chicken and working with filo for a literal night out in Fez.
Menu: Chicken Pastilla (b'stilla); Shirazi Salad; Marinated Olives; Almond Ghriba (tea cookies) with Mint Tea.
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
