Celebrate the bright flavors of the Mediterranean in this engaging participation class. You'll learn why emulsifying is an essential technique as well as poaching and the art of creating a reduction to enhance flavor. A perfect evening of light, seasonal cooking with delicious coastal staples.

Menu: Prawns Aioli; Prosciutto y Melon; Pan con Tomate; Bucatini al Limone with Parmesan Breadcrumbs.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
