Unlock the secrets of delicious gluten-free baking. Learn how to master the "snap" of buttery biscuits, the soft rise of yeasted breakfast bakes, and the perfect chewy cookie, all without gluten. We’ll dive into flour blends and hydration tips and tricks to ensure your morning treats are every bit as indulgent as the bakery case originals. Please note: ingredients will be gluten-free but the kitchen environment and tools have had contact with gluten.

Menu: Bagels with Assorted Toppings; Cinnamon Chip Scones; Almond Croissant Cookies.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
