Bring the bakery know-how home after this three-and-half-hour pastry workshop. Gather in our kitchen as Chef Katie shares the techniques behind laminated dough and flaky French pastries. Make rough puff pastry from scratch for palmiers, as well as a spinach and goat cheese tart. Then watch a croissant dough demonstration before shaping classic croissants and pain au chocolat to proof, bake or freeze at home. You'll leave with new skills, confidence and buttery creations to share.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
