Our team has trained with the chefs at Casa Artusi through our partnership with Esperienza Italia to bring traditional techniques, culture, and authentic experiences of Italy to you. Esperienza Italia is a local nonprofit offering immersive cultural experiences in areas of rural Italy where culinary richness is abundant.
