Learn to balance "Vietnamese umami" through proper tofu marination and the chef’s trick for achieving a shattered-glass crisp on banh xeo crêpes. We'll focus on refinement of knife skills for a vibrant Goi Ga noodle salad and assemble the ultimate bánh mì. Elevate your home kitchen with professional heat control and fresh-herb mastery in this flavor-forward hands-on class.

Menu: Marinated Tofu Bánh Mì; Banh Xeo (shrimp- and herb-filled crêpe); Goi Ga (noodle salad).

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
