Trade in that tired old turkey for a brand-new bird with toothsome metropolitan tendencies. Chef Rebecca will wow you with a Thanksgiving feast so fab you'll never buy another can of jellied cranberry goo again!

Menu: Popovers Filled with Pear, Walnut and Goat Cheese Salad and a Champagne Vinaigrette; Butternut Soup with Candied Spiced Pecans and Sauteed Apples; Sautéed Chicken Breasts with Wild Rice Cranberry Stuffing.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
