Stroll through any city on a lovely evening in Spain and you'll see delicious tapas lining bar tops. Mini bite sized delights that displayed, layed out and ready for you to savor. In this hand-on class you'll be guided through the preparation of classic Spanish tapas eating (and sipping) along the way all while honing your knife skills, exploring simple bread making and interesting ingredient combinations. Discover snacks for dinner like no other!
Menu: Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper Salad; Chicken Skewers with Smoky Aioli; Miguelitos (cream filled puff pastry dessert).
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
