You'll be guided through dough forming and shaping techniques to create both classic cinnamon aromatic rolls and a bold, savory version featuring scallions and bacon jam. You'll also sharpen your knife skills while prepping a crisp arugula salad with a chef-standard vinaigrette. Learn the secrets to the perfect rise and bake your way to glory!

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
