From the depths of Lake Superior & Bayfield, Wi. We've been fans of the Bodin family and their fish finds for many many years. The fish market was the first stop and the last stop we made on our way to Martha's cabin on Madeline Island with a passel of kids and friends in tow. The smoked and fresh whitefish was and still is a standard for fish tacos, Friday-night fish fry or pan-seared with capers and lemon. And the smoked salmon never lasts as long as it should when it's in the fridge — a snack here, a topping for eggs there, and a dollop of dip to go to the dock! If you don't buy any other shares, this should be the one you indulge in!
