Get in the kitchen with Chef Moustafa, roll up your sleeves and get busy creating a rustic meal right out of the French countryside. You'll explore traditional ingredients, techniques and the flavors of Provence in this great hands-on cooking class. Delicieuse!

Menu: Soup au Pistou; Poached Salmon with Bearnaise; Cherry Clafoutis.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
