It's a celebration of spring flavors coming together in this hands-on class. Lamb preparation and grilling techniques will be explored as well as hand rolled pasta making. Register now to experience this bright spring cooking event!

Menu: Herby Grilled Lamb Chops; Homemade Orecchiette with Browned Butter and Lemon; Citrus Posset with Berry Compote.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
