In this hands-on baking class, we'll unlock the sweet secrets of the ultra-stable Italian meringue method for making the perfect macaron shell. We'll play with vibrant colors before mastering silky Swiss and French buttercreams for the ultimate sandwich filling. It’s an advanced, hands-on dive into the delicious architecture of the world’s most iconic cookie. Très chic - delicious!

Menu: Colorful Macarons; Lavender-Infused Buttercream; Ube-Flavored Buttercream.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
