With a harder shell than Lobster from warmer waters, these Lobster are known for their sweet, tender and firm meat. This firmer texture allows the meat to break off in nice chunks—perfect for lobster rolls or eating plucked out of the shell or combined with our delicious steak share for a bit of Surf 'n' Turf!
