Kids will enjoy a new trip to the fair in a camp designed to unravel the mysteries of why those fair foods are so darn tasty. Curious about those giant pretzels? We'll be making the dough and tying the knots. Mini donut fan? We'll be making buckets of 'em without the fry basket, along with other classics. This camp is sure to win blue ribbons and smiles!
This class is a four-day series on August 24, 25, 26 and 27. Seats are for kids only, ages 10 to 12.
Menu:Day 1: Nachos; Cheese Sauce; Chicken Tinga; Strawberry Paletas. Day 2: Cheesesteaks; Fried Pickles; Chocolate Frozen Bananas. Day 3: Pretzels; BBQ Chicken; Cabbage Slaw; Frozen Lemonade. Day 4: Pigs in a Blanket; Homemade Ketchup; Cake Donuts; Root Beer Floats.
