"Ciao, Junior chef! Sharpen your knife skills and become a true pasta maestro in this fun, multi-day Italian cooking adventure. You'll dive hands-first into sauce making, creating your very own homemade pizza, and whipping up classic Italian desserts. Get ready to play with pasta dough using pasta machines and gnocchi rollers, all under the guidance of our fun chefs.

This class is a four-day series on July 27, 28, 29 and 30. Seats are for kids only, ages 8 to 10. Come and say buon appetito!

Menu: Day 1: Pasta (Fettuccine); Red Sauce; Alfredo; Cannoli. Day 2: Pasta (stuffed Agnolotti); Chicken Braciole; Vanilla Panna Cotta. Day 3: Gnocchi; Pomodoro; Pesto; Chocolate Almond Cookies. Day 4: Pizza, Red Pizza Sauce; White Pizza Sauce; Pizza Topping; Chocolate Budino.
