You'll master the art of crafting a trilogy of unique and delightful cookies, each with its own story and texture. Guided by our expert chef instructor, you'll learn foundational baking techniques and flavor pairing while creating these delicious treats.
Menu: Pistachio-Orange Blossom Cookies; Nafaa (North African Seeded cookies); Abadi (crisp-tender sesame cookies).
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
