The culinary world as we know it owes many things to the French, from the terminology and lingo, to how best to chop onions. Judging by the average French meal, it's a darned good thing too! It's been said, after learning a few tasty French dishes, you may want to cook food a la francaise forever.

Menu: Salad Greens and a Vinaigrette; Coq au Vin Mousseux; Chocolate Profiterole.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
