Don your finest hat and join us for an iconic Kentucky Derby celebration! We'll master artisanal Southern favorites, from bourbon-glazed delights to the perfect mint julep infusion. It’s a fast-paced, high-flavor Southern gala designed to bring the spirit of the Winner’s Circle to the kitchen. One mint julep is provided per student so 21 and up only, please.
Menu: Mosaic Melon Salad; Hot Brown Open-Faced Sandwich; Pecan Brownies; Mint Julep.
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
