Everyone loves classic Italian sweets, and heres your opportunity to learn at the hands of the master. Generations of Italians have been perfecting these recipes and techniques, and Chef Matteo is here to be your guide and muse in crafting them. After this experience, you just might need to change your name to Vittoria or Giancarlo!

Menu: Bomboloni (fluffy filled doughnut); Biscotti Croccanti I No. 568; Salame al Cioccolato (chocolate and biscuit treat).

Casa Artusi is the first center of gastronomic culture devoted entirely to Italian home cooking. It was founded in the name of Pellegrino Artusi, whose cookbook La Scienza in Cucina e l’Arte di Mangiar Bene (Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well) can be found in homes all across Italy and the world. Our team has trained with the chefs at Casa Artusi through our partnership with Esperienza Italia to bring traditional techniques, culture, and authentic experiences of Italy to you. Esperienza Italia is a local nonprofit offering immersive cultural experiences in areas of rural Italy where culinary richness is abundant.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
