Things that grow together, go together — It's an old adage in the culinary world. Chef Matteo of Casa Artusi from Forlimpopoli, Italy, will create a masterful Italian dining experience where each delicious course will be paired with a wine from the region where the dish was created. Menu: Tagliatelle all'uso di Romagna No. 71; Zucchini Ripieni di Magro No. 378 (tuna stuffed zucchini); Zuppa Inglese No. 675 (sponge cake and custard).
