A classic preparation that lets the flavor of the mushrooms shine.
Ingredients:
- 4 oz sliced black poplar mushrooms
- 4 oz pappardelle or spaghetti
- 2 cloves garlic
- butter/olive oil
- cherry tomatoes
- basil
- Parmesan
Directions:
Cook pasta. Sauté sliced garlic in oil until golden, then add mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer with a splash of pasta water. Toss with pasta, fresh herbs, and cheese.
