Cocktail Recipe: Strawberry-Rhubarb Summer Spritz

Strawberry-Rhubarb Summer Spritz

• 2 oz. Strawberry-Rhubarb mix
• 8 oz. Prosecco
• 2 oz. Soda Water
• Strawberry for garnish
• Ice
• Glass

Instructions:

1. Clean and slice the top off of the strawberry and slice in half.
2. Add ice to wine glass
3. Pour in prosecco
4. Add strawberry-rhubarb mix
5. Top with soda water
6. Gentle stir three times and add garnish to top of the glass or place directly into the glass. (there's no wrong answer)
7. Serve immediately and don’t forget to enjoy!
