We've been fans of the Bodin family and their fish finds for many many years. The fish market was the first stop and the last stop we made on our way to Martha's cabin on Madeline Island with a passel of kids and friends in tow. The fresh Whitefish was and still is a standard for fish tacos, Friday-night fish fry or pan-seared with capers and lemon.
They'll stop fishing for Whitefish by early November, here is your chance to stock up your freezer until next year. If you don't buy any other shares, this should be the one you indulge in!
